2. Service Area & Operating Hours

• We operate in the Dublin area only.
• Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Emergency services outside these hours may be subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Services & Guarantee

• We provide a 1-year guarantee on parts and labour for all installed locks and services.
• If a product or service develops a defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
• This guarantee does not cover misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.

4. Pricing, Payment & Quotations

• Quotations: We provide upfront quotes before starting any service.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash and card payments.
• Call-Out Fees: Some services require a minimum call-out fee, which we will communicate in advance.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Service Cancellations: Customers must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Refunds for Services: Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available.
• Product Refunds: Refunds or replacements will be issued for defective locks/products within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide proof of ownership before locksmith services (e.g., lockouts) are carried out.
• We are not responsible if a customer misrepresents their ownership or legal right to access a property.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• A. Houlihan Locksmiths is not liable for any pre-existing lock issues, customer negligence, or unauthorized modifications after installation.
• While we install and upgrade locks, we do not guarantee they will prevent theft or break-ins.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, extreme weather, emergencies, etc.).

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer information is collected only for quotations, invoicing, and service-related purposes.
• All data is stored securely and shared only where legally required.

9. Legal Disputes & Governing Law
